Hello bloggers, Today I made an animation on Scratch saying whats the weather in Maori. In my Scratch, I used the Maori word PAKI which means fine. I found this activity hard because of the coding involved. Have you used Scratch before? Tell me in the comments.

The Yanny and Laurel illusion
Today I was learning about the Yanny and Laurel illusion. Something I learned is it's just the same word repeated with different frequency. What do you hear? Tell me in the comments.
The Yanny and Laurel illusion
It is a sound illusion that has been messed with. Some people hear Laurel and some hear Yanny. And I am about to tell you why.
Most people hear Yanny this is because the original recording is of Laurel and different people hear different frequency, sound and volume. but to simplify this the sound of the recording saying Laurel was changed to a higher volume which is causing most people to hear Yanny.
If you wear special headphones and hear it through another device or change the volume you are Most Likely to hear Laurel, Because that can change the frequency. But if it is your first time with nothing that could possibly change the sound with you would be most likely to hear Laurel.
Also, You are likely to hear yanny if you listen to higher music or you're younger but you are more likely to hear Laurel if you are older and you like lower music. But some people can hear both and some people's ears can't decide.
So are you a Yanny or Laurel I personally hear both?

Challenging comic
In this comic these friends are at a disco together then some random girls come over and stand in front of one of the friends, then the random girls grab the friend who was talking to them, then I had to draw in what I thought happend next which was that the friend broke out of one of the random girls grip.
In this comic these boys went to the public basketball court after school, then some bully's walk in and pushed over one of the boys and took his basketball. Then I had to draw what I thought would happen next I drew that the boy who didn't get pushed over punch the bully who push his friend over in the face.Tuesday, March 2, 2021

Terrifying Tāmoko
Hello today I was learning about Tāmoko, which nearly became forgotten because there was a law that you can't do any Maori practices. I found Tāmoko a very interesting topic to learn, and the ceremonies that they hold when Tāmoko is being done, are very proud days. Have you been at a Tāmoko ceremony before? Tell me in the comments.
