goal ladder

Hello, have you ever made a goal ladder before?  If you haven't it is just a ladder with your goal at the top and you start and the bottom and put things you can do to achieve it.  We had to have two ladders on the first one it was a goal about reading writing and maths I chose writing and for the second one you had to do it on the 5Rs. What is your goal for term 4?
